Had a great 3-night stay in a Queen Room! The location was a win, just a short walk to the Vatican and filled with cute cafes. Riccardo, the manager, was super helpful-always a text away! Just dealt with some noisy seagulls at night, but otherwise solid stay!

Conveniently located near Vatican and attractions.
The shower water pressure was frustratingly low, barely a trickle. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that breakfast was not available on-site as anticipated. Instead, I received coupons for a nearby café that only offered sweet pastries, which isn't my preference.

10/10
Y'all, this place was cozy as a warm biscuit! The staff were just lovely, fixin’ to help with everything. I loved my big ol' bed and the clean room, but watch out for those ruckus seagulls outside at night. Can't forget that great little cafe for breakfast!

clean room, proximity to Vatican, available parking options
The AC was obsolete and noisy!!! The WiFi speed was frustratingly slow, taking ages to load simple sites!!! The shower pressure was embarrassingly low, basically a drizzle!!! Sound insulation was non-existent, could hear neighbors clearly!!!

Comfortable room, convenient location, with excellent food options nearby that included delicious fresh cornetti for breakfast at the café across the street.
Hard to think of anything.

Welcoming staff ensured our stay was pleasant. easily reachable from key attractions and public transport. Housekeeping was diligent, keeping everything tidy and fresh.
The coffee maker in the hallway could use an upgrade, as it was often out of order.

Enjoyed a 3-night stay in a Queen Room with a great location, just a brief walk from key attractions and surrounded by lovely cafes and shops. The staff were consistently friendly, providing excellent communication and assistance throughout. However, the lack of breakfast options on-site was a minor drawback, and the noise insulation was not perfect, leading to occasional disturbances from neighbors. Overall, a solid choice for value and convenience.
